Hello Uglii users / shareholders,

I want to remain anonymous and I will reveal the truth behind UGLII.  I was a former employee of Uglii / SISS Business Systems, during my tenure I came across so many dodgy things at UGlii.  John Knorr who is the CEO of Uglii is not an honest man, he is taking his poor shareholders for a ride.  The company is purely funded by the shareholders and John is not afraid to spend their money for puppet shows!  SISS Business Systems / Administration who was the parent company of Uglii went into liquidation few years back, so many employees were not paid wages for up to 3 months and at some instances they weren’t even paid SUPER at all.  This is criminal act!!!

John is very good at lying to your face!, I don’t want to go too much into details and reveal myself but I came across a news last week and I was shell shocked and I thought I had to let the world know!!!  Mr XXX was a former director of SISS Business Systems, he was a humble man and a man of his words!, everyone enjoyed working with him.  Few month back he was forced to resign as a Director of the company and last Thursday John had sent a 3^rd party contract to go to Mr XXX’s office and inform him he has been fired.  How on earth can you do this to Mr XXX??, he dedicated almost 15 yrs of life to SISS Business Systems / Uglii, he worked long hours and pretty much lived in the office to bring Uglii to life, the least John could’ve done is to have the courtesy to tell him in person that his services are no longer required.

After finding out about this incident the company’s Lead Developer has resigned as well.  I salute him for standing up to John’s evilness and supporting Mr XXX!, now the main man behind the development of UGLII system has departed as well and all I can say is UGLII is no more!!! UGLII was never there from the beginning, John’s over complicated ideas and arrogance has let to him company down fall!  He is very good at cunning innocent people to buy shares from UGLII.
